Work Affiliation : In practice with four partners and a Women's Health N.P. at Nashville OB/GYN Associates, located on the Baptist campus.
Role at clinic : OB/GYN Sub-specialist volunteer, Tuesday evening clinic monthly.
Church Affiliation : Dr. Thornburg and her husband, Clint, are members of the Cathedral of the Incarnation on West End .
What keeps you coming back?
I was a nurse practitioner for 10 years, prior to attending medical school, involved in the development of Cayce and Waverly-Belmont Clinic. I also volunteered at the Church Health Center in Memphis , and worked at East Arkansas Family Health Center during medical school. I loved it all! I knew once my practice was up and running and my OB/GYN skills were sharpened, I would be volunteering again. It's wonderful to be working with the Siloam family. The patients and the staff keep me coming back!
