What brought you to Siloam?

"When I first arrived in the US from Venezuela in 1995, quality medical care was very expensive and difficult to find. Last year, I heard about Siloam through my church. I met Dr. Gregory and decided to get involved to make it easier on other immigrants than it had been on me to receive quality care."

What keeps you coming back?

"I feel good about volunteering at Siloam. It gives me a sense of community—a place to belong. Part of my faith calling is to give to others. At Siloam, my Spanish language skills are used to assist the medical volunteers as they treat patients. I enjoy serving in this role"
