What brought you to Siloam?

I first became a volunteer at Siloam through the Junior League of Nashville. While reading through the placement booklet three years ago, I read about Siloam, who up until then, I was completely unfamiliar with. After reading about Siloam's mission and the people they serve, I decided it was the place that I wanted to be that year. And, now I keep coming back becuase not only do I know what great work they do, I really enjoy being a part of that work.

What keeps you coming back?

The people at Siloam are what I enjoy the most. It is a combination of all of the people that make Siloam what it is: patients, staff and volunteers. Everyone is here for a different reason, but at the end of the day, we all leave feeling better. Especially I enjoy the "Tuesday Night Crew" - faithfully lead by Alissa Anderson our fearless leader!
