ACCEPTING UNINSURED PATIENTS ONLY
This is an acute care clinic for those without insurance. We treat mild illnesses and mild injuries on a ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis until we are at capacity for the day. On a limited basis, our clinic can serve as a bridge to primary care for those without a primary care provider.
You can sign up for a same-day appointment by texting “APPT” to 615-747-6035 beginning at 6 am, Monday through Thursday.
A Siloam staff member will respond to you before the opening of the clinic to confirm if you have received an appointment for the day.

Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Tuesday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Saturday – Sunday: Closed
Clinic closed daily 12:00 – 12:45 PM

Bloodwork and labs are available for additional cost.
