ACCEPTING UNINSURED PATIENTS ONLY
This clinic is a walk-in, acute care and basic primary care clinic for the uninsured, seeing patients on a ‘first-come, first-serve’ basis until reaching our capacity for the day.
If you come to the clinic Tues-Thurs from 6 am-9 am, you can sign up for a same-day appointment by texting “I AM HERE” to 615-747-6035.
A Siloam staff member will respond to you before the opening of the clinic to confirm if you have received an appointment for the day.
Hours of Operation
Monday: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Wednesday: 9:15 AM – 4:00 PM
Thursday: 9:15 AM – 5:30 PM
Friday – Sunday: Closed
Clinic closed daily 12:00 – 1:00 PM
