Director of Nursing
The primary objective of the Director of Nursing is to manage the nursing staff in their day-to- day patient care as well as set broader organizational goals for the department. This includes oversight of clinic processes such as intake, triage, patient education, patient flow, onsite diagnostics, care teams, care coordination, and coordinating clinical programs to remain in compliance with federal regulations. This position involves supervision and organization of one Assistant Nurse Manager, two charge nurses, staff nurses, volunteer nurses, medical assistants, and others involved in caring for patients.
Advanced Practice Provider, FNP or PA
Siloam Health’s Advanced Practice Providers provide excellent and culturally sensitive primary care to our diverse patient population. APPs work with our clinical team as we live out our mission and vision: “to share the love of Christ by serving those in need through health care” and ensure that “our neighbors from all nations are empowered to live physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy lives and to feel at home in our community.”
Medical Receptionist
The primary objective of the Medical Receptionist is to serve as the primary point of contact for patients in a welcoming and efficient manner. The receptionist also acts as a focal point of communication between patients, clinicians, the nursing team, other clinic staff, and community partners. A vital component of this position requires maintaining a strong patient focus while managing the multiple demands of the patient relations team and collaborating with other staff and volunteers in the clinic.
Certified Medical Assistant
The Medical Assistant at Siloam collaborates with the larger clinic team to provide patient care through intake, onsite diagnostics and treatments, patient education, and occasional home visits. Everything is done in the context of whole-person care with a team model.
Contract RN
The primary objective of the RN is to collaborate with the larger team to provide patient care through intake, basic triage, onsite diagnostics and treatments, and patient education at the satellite office. Everything is done in the context of whole-person care with a team model.
Spiritual Care Program Manager
The Spiritual Care Program Manager is a part-time staff position designed to oversee and manage: provision of individual spiritual care encounters for Siloam’s patients, connections with local ethnic congregations, and opportunities for encouragement and equipping of Siloam volunteers and staff. Through a combination of personal skills in the spiritual care of others and robust volunteer recruitment, the Spiritual Care Program Manager will play a vital role in realizing Siloam’s vision to empower our neighbors from all nations to lead physically, emotionally, and spiritually healthy lives and to feel at home in our community.
Director of Major Gifts
The Director of Major Gifts plays a key leadership role in advancing Siloam Health’s development strategy, with a primary focus on expanding major gift revenue in a time of aggressive contributed revenue growth. This position is an externally facing role responsible for expanding a high-impact major gifts program focused on individual donors. This position manages a portfolio of high-capacity donors, strengthens core fundraising initiatives, and cultivates long-term philanthropic relationships.
